Delta-9 flower from marijuana plants is typically all-natural; the plant grows buds that are full of THC on its own. But delta-9 THC flower from hemp plants is a little different. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, all hemp must contain 0.3% delta-9 THC or less by weight, which means its nugs themselves can’t be packed with THC.
