You may return most unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date in which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. •We ship orders the same day if ordered by 12pm CST Monday-Friday.
•If you either earned free shipping or selected USPS First Class Shipping, it is estimated to take between 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It can take longer depending on USPS performance. We have no control over this and encourage our customers to select priority mail shipping. Contacting us will not speed up delivery.
•USPS Priority Mail is estimated to be 2-4 business days, depending on distance and USPS performance. Once again, this is not guaranteed and we are unable to influence this once it's shipped.
•2nd Day Air shipping is available for existing, logged-in customers for delivery in approximately 2 business days (except AK and HI), but this is not a guaranteed ETA. (This option can only be chosen in Checkout.)
