RAZ vape pens do have nicotine in them, but they offer a line of non-nicotine disposables, as well.
RAZ vape devices contain e-liquid, or vape juice. Most e-liquids contain a mixture of propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, flavorings, and sometimes nicotine. The non-nicotine options don't include nicotine.
Vape cartridges and disposables can sometimes get clogged and appear to be dead/defective. Holding the device in your hand for a minute or so to warm it up and then doing a few short hard puffs can help get it going. You may have to do this a couple of times to be successful.
