Indica-Dominant Hybrid

Calming
Energizing

Zkittlez is an indica-dominant hybrid strain known for its candy-like aroma and flavor. Born of a cross between the Grape Ape and Grapefruit strains (and an unknown potential third strain), Zkittlez is a fruity and sweet masterpiece that’s been wowing cannabis lovers for the past several years. This strain has taken home several awards even despite its lower-than-average THC levels, and it’s not hard to guess why: the bud packs an intensely flavorful punch and creates effects that are well suited to just about any use case. Take a breath to enjoy the sweet, citrusy, and herbal aroma of the strain, and don’t forget to check out its large, dense olive buds – they’re coated in gorgeous amber hairs and white crystal trichomes that are sure to get you excited for what’s to come. Upon your first toke, you’ll feel an almost instant head buzz that slowly spreads throughout the body, bringing creativity, energy, and happiness along with it. Settle in for a treat!

Grow Info

Good news for growers: Zkittlez can do well in indoor and outdoor settings, so long as it gets enough exposure to direct sunlight. It’s also important to carefully monitor the humidity levels of your grow site, as Zkittlez is used to tropical, warm climates. As an indica-dominant strain, Zkittlez shouldn’t get too tall, which makes it a little easier to manage to grow indoors.

You can typically expect to see buds from your Zkittlez plants after about eight weeks. Once they’re mature, cut the buds and cure them for an additional two to three weeks for the best results.

FAQs

Is Zkittlez indica or sativa?

Zkittlez is an indica-dominant hybrid, which means its genetics are about 70% indica and 30% sativa. It may not be a true indica, but Zkittlez creates classic indica experiences for most users, though some also report the strain makes them feel uplifted and creative.

What is the Zkittlez strain good for?

As an indica-dominant hybrid, Zkittlez is an ideal strain for relaxing, unwinding, and treating anxiety or chronic pain. The strain is also great for managing stress, targeting insomnia, or simply having a great time in front of the TV!

Does Zkittlez have CBD?

Zkittlez is not known to consistently have CBD, though some batches may have small amounts of the cannabinoid. You’re more likely to see notable amounts of CBG–another similar cannabinoid–in Zkittlez.

Is Zkittlez a strong strain?

With average THC levels of about 15-18%, Zkittlez isn’t necessarily the strongest strain on the market. However, some batches of Zkittlez may be as potent as 20% THC or more, so your results may vary. Even less potent Zkittlez buds can be intense for beginners, so use with caution!
